It has been a strenusous winter, with much riding. I was invited on to a new team with really good sponsorship and structure. We started doing team rides in october and have had one team training camp on Palomar Mtn. My first 2 races are this coming weekend and I am fighting off a cold. here is a picture of a team ride to Mtn Laguna 130miles 10000 ft of climbing 8 hours 16mph. och this was a fast one.
