Tuesday Evening Training

After 8 Hours work digging ditches and some honey do's I get 30 minutes on the trainer. This week the workout is 5 minutes of spinning and then a 30 second sprint. I do this 4 times and then eat dinner with the support crew. Support crew = Fam

Now that's some effcient training. I think If you can whittle that down to once a month you'll be "IN THE ZONE".
